Mercury powers bass fall tournament on China’s Fen River

The “Mercury Cup” Bass Master China fall tournament took place again from 23^rd to 26^th September on the Fen River in Shanxi, China.

As part of an ongoing effort to promote lure fishing and support the growing fishing community in China, the Bass Master China event is greatly anticipated and saw 54 top anglers from across China gather in Shanxi to participate.

The Mercury service team was also on standby during the event and took the opportunity to provide training to the anglers, who were all Mercury engine owners, on proper engine maintenance.

Beyond the competition, anglers took the opportunity to socialize and share tips, with a V-8 ProXS owner even bringing other anglers on a trial ride on his new boat. The event was a great success, with positive comments from the anglers about Mercury’s after-sales service and engine performance.
